## QS ranking system

• The ranking is a weighted indicators divided by specific factors, and they are subjected to change every few years.
• 40% of the weighted factors above has nothing to do with the school program! And one might also argue that some factors are missing, such as how well adapted the school is with modern teaching style or the grading system

Before we go forward, we need to understand what do these rankings mean.

As can be shown here, the ranking is a weighted indicator divided by specific factors and they are subjected to change every few years.

40% of the weighted factors above have nothing to do with the school program! And one might also argue that some factors are missing, such as how well adapted the school is with modern teaching style or the grading system.

Most of these just come down to peer review. So don’t get too hung up on the exact number, almost all the to 50 schools have the same program when it comes to undergraduate engineering, the same curriculum, the same books, and even have the same PowerPoint slides

• Moving on to the next section we well give you a program calculator that you can use to get the best schools that fits you as an international Saudi student.
